Talk2Us offers some different subscription packages. All packages have the same set of features, and differ only in the number of available operator profiles, operator profile allows one customer support representative to log in and answer customers' calls. It includes different settings such as operator login, password, name, operator picture or photo, welcome message, ollection of predefined answers, etc.

You can use one account on any number of web pages or different websites without any additional costs. Each operator can download and install operator console on any number of computers.
